i'm thinking about buying a pair of 2005 hyperlite murrays but I want to know more about these bindings before i buy them. I was wondering if they are a stiff boot or a softer boot and if you have ridden them could you tell me about how you like this boot or more about it. thaks.

murrays are stiffer while the sphynx will have a lil more give to em, its really your decision on what your looking for in a binding, personally id also look at the lf transits, im riding new watsons this year, but if i would have bought a new pair of bindings last year i would have gone with the transits

Im probably getting the 06 murrays because of an opportunity to get a rediculous deal I cant pass up... but if i were payin full price I'd definately go liquid force.. a) Boa sucks and b) just not as much comfort.. i happened to have rode some 05 sphynx saturday and they were super comfy.. it locked in tight on my ankle and the top of my foot but my heel was a little loose. Never rode the 05 murrays but my 04 byerly has all sorts of issues with the Boa and other unrelated things..

I ride with 05 murrays and like them fine. They are a very stiff binding and come a good distance up your shin. They took a couple of good rides to break them in. The only problem I have had was getting them tight across the top of my foot, but I have the skiniest feet I have ever seen. The more I ride the tighter I can get them.
