took my boat to the dealership last Wednesday, still waiting for them to even get to it.....running out of patience here......I really need it for the weekend! CRAP - get a move on guys! sorry just venting  |

I hope they are competant. If if doesn't do the problem for them they will probably just change a part based on what you told them. If they are really good they will tell you they either got the problem to replicate or didn't, I would definitely ask them if they got it to replicate and then have them describe it, so you know they aren't full of it. They would probably change the fuel pump or the fuel pump relay, probably the fuel pump since it costs a ton more...

| I took it to a certified mercruiser dealership so hopefully I wont get screwed, but I never trust mechanics....they are going to call if they ever get to it before they start replacing parts.....just hurry up people, I miss my boat! |

| just talked with the dealer, they can't find the problem, so they are about to take it to the lake to see if they can run it and find the problem.....so at least they are on it..... |

dude that sucks.....I didn't buy the boat from this dealer, where I bought my boat....well I was in there one day, they have one scruggly mechanic and while I was there he dropped someone's nice 175 hp on the ground....hmmmm, not taking my boat to be serviced there......I just hope they can find my trouble and get me back on the water.....I can bum rides but that sucks.....  |

water in the gas, we changed the fuel filter, but the tank still had water in gas tank, thus they found water in the new fuel filter, nice at least its nothing serious!!!  |
