| I believe you. But I sat down with the thing and can't figure out how it's suppose to work. My daughter is into sitips like crazy, some lady was tossing this so I thought I'd have her check it out. Not that it's any better than not using a device, but just for chuckels.

| my guess is the big pad goes under your back, and the bar gives you something to hold onto while you curl up.

| Tonight I do. The family is watching Bambi 2 and I'm trying not to drive an ice pick through my head. This thing was sitting in the garage for a couple weeks........ By the way, you have no idea how good it feels to have nothing to do.
