Buying Demos

Has anyone had any bad experiences or problems with buying a used demo board? I'm kinda iffy cause it's on ebay, but decent price. Also it says it was used for 2 months in a kids camp. You know how those kids can be...

personally i wouldn't buy something from a camp for 2 months...kids'll treat it like crap casue it isn't their own so it prolly has some nicks...and at a camp in 2 months a board may get as much use as someone would out of it in a season...if u can find a persons old board it might be worth it...not to be completely negative to the idea message the guy and ask about it in a lil more detail...are there any chips in the sides n blah blah...

I would stay away from that deal. brath5 is right I am sure those kids beat the heck out of that equipment.
