Today, I went out for the first time of the season. It was by far the best set I ahve ever taken (or 5). Everyone got 5 sets in the boat, and all three of us were stoked for each other. Everyone did awsome. I got a few good pics, that I will post. I also got some video stills. I should have a video up by next week.

Heres the video

Oh and by the way
04Malibu wakesetter VLX> 05 X-star

But yea, I had a good time, but i gotta go to bed now, i am pretty damn tired.. I might post a bit more about it tommorow.

Mallorcan_Rider,
I have been riding serious for about a year.. I began riding about 3 years ago, but it was just kind of something to do other than kneeboarding, and for those 2 years i didn't jumped the wake or anything.
My progress was insane yesterday, and I started out like stuff, but then my second set, I was getting used to the new board, which by the way elyse, I love it. Then the later sets, i just kept trying to go a little bigger each time. All 3 of us were just out there, pushing each other to try new things, and I landed my first grab so i thought it was tight.

NightAngel,
Yea, I really want to. The parents are kind of odd about it though, but i bet we could make it work somehow. Let's coordinate our time at the demo day to ride in the same boat

Overall, the day was awsome. I accidently hit a D-Up from the Malibu, when we turned around, and I will say, that thing was at least waist high. I didn't land it, but i got about the same air as normal, just from cutting in about 10 feet. It was awsome.

The guy witht he byerly board, and the black trunks was doing awsome all day. He came so close ot landing a 3, but busted his lip, and called it quits on the 3 for the day, but when the rotation came back to him, he was going crazy W2W for his skill level. He landed in the flats for the first time, and was awsome.

Nice drumma. You drove all the way to Florence to ride? Wilson is right there at Flo-town, Wheeler is closer to Huntsville. And then guntersville lake. Who are the guys you rode with? I might know them.

LFADAM,
Its only 1000. I am positive because its only the stock MLS.

pilot_ryder,
Thanks

haugy,
His name was greg. It was really close to the Wheeler Dam, because we could see it where we were riding. His place is right over there. Apparently, the cove his house is on is the best on the lake. He has the Malibu Orange and black, and then they have a Pro craft blue bass boat..

The only thing notable i remember is that there was a big barge near his place that a guy builds docks with.

Wakeboarddrumma, I know exactly where you were. If you came down towards Wilson about 10 more minutes by water, you would be near my neighborhood. Cept I don't live on the lake. Cool

I went, and I almost landed a tantrum with a new board, and on a boat with a slolom wake and no tower

I hit a couple of d-ups, and when I pulled a mussel in my back I called it quits

wake_quake,
There are no size limits but you can't upload the AVI files. As for the transitions. I try to not use the fade so much, and i wanted to get this one done quick, i just dragged them in real quick.

Pumped you had a good day bro.

As for the wake, it looks huge because as far as I can guess you were probably going close to 19 or 20 max. At 24 and 80 feet a doubt it would look the same, but its all good.
