Hey I have been trying these this season and have thrown 5-6 of them and I feel the board touch on just about every one. The problem is that I know I have to land over my toes but I am not getting around fast enough and falling back on landing. To attempt to fix this I decided to try to over rotate by keeping the handle in tight but I still didnt get the rotation what do I do?

awakeat816, another one to the "land-on-butt-while-trying-frontrolls-every-time-for-the-last-5-billion-years" club. Im in it too.
This trick seems friggin impossible to me even though its the closest ive gotten on any invert. Im about to give up on it because every fall is so close but Ive never landed one.
if your going hard enough at the wake and you have the right technique you
may want to make your wake bigger or change the rope length _________________
Change rope length to make it shorter? The wake was huge the day I was trying this invert so I dont know how much I could really make it without being too steep. Is there any more technical info anyone could give me? Like body position or something like that?

I know exactly how you feel. What helped me was edging super hard and trying to land on my face instead of my board. And I was also trying a much lighter board than the one I was using. _________________ www.munsonski.com
