Ok, so I am guilty like many probably of taking a lot of time to learn my heelside good, and never paying attention to learning toeside at all. I ride regular stance. I have a good progressive edge and am clearing the wake well from heelside, but have just in the last couple days actually started somewhat charging the wake from my toeside. It feels incredibly awkward and I am getting no kind of air. I know this is because I have no progressive edge towards the wake. So if anyone could take me through the steps of a progressive edge from toeside I would appreciate it a lot. Is is a lot different from the progressive from toeside?

try not to charge the wake at first...this is why it is awkward and uncontrolled...i recommend not going out real far...edge in and extend your legs... and keep it on edge on the landing...try practicing edging around the wake like you are a surfer...and once you get better start edging out a lil further each time...ive done this so many times i think ts is easier than hs Cool

yah man i agree with waterdork88. don't charge it at first. i'll admit at first i had a hell of a time ts. one thing i was told is think about cutting in ts the same as cutting away from the wake on the right side of the boat before ud do a hs jump. u can practice by setting a progressive edge from the right wake out. then just transfer it over n try n go w2w..and make sure when u land ur on ur toe edge or ur gonna back head smack the river. doesn't hurt 2 bad but sometimes mother nature'll give u a nice slap.

Thanks guys, I'll try tomorrow. I have to learn my ts cause I get tired of hitting w2w from hs, then just easing my way back over to hs to make another run at it......thanks again
