Been thinking seriously about these.. I hear great things about the stand alone Bazooka bass tubes down low.. can you imagine 4 of these on the tower with a 700w Clarion amp??
Anyone heard these speakers yet?? |

My friend had some like those on his 'wake edition' Four Winns 205 horizon. They sounded just as good as my other friend's MB Quarts on his 03 SAN. Don't expect a ton of bass out of them, just because they have decent bass in a car. _________________ http://kmags.mybrute.com/

Wow... thanks so much for the input! Sounds like I would have been dissapointed..
In your (or anyones) opinion, do either the Kickers, Polks, or Sony's sound better or worse? What would you say is the best setup? I was thinking of putting in one 12" sub in a back compartment anyway.. sounds like that might be the best plan.. |

If you dont mind the $$$ , do the sub , with the tubies ,, They have great mid/highs ,, just not much bass .. my personal boat thought ,, i went with seperate cans ,and loaded them with jensen marine 6 1/2" 's , they actually sound better than any other marine speaker we have used ( alpine ,sas, jvc , jbl ) |

I went out and bought a pair of these a few months ago. Got them for $130 on eBay. Finally put them on this morning. Running off a Kicker KX 350.4 amp, bridged. They sound pretty loud, but I doubt they'll be all that loud while wakeboarding. As far as bass goes, there really isn't much at all. But they're pretty clear. As you can see I just mounted them the old fashioned way. They'll do for now.
