| I've been practicing on the tramp for a little while now. I do the moves without the rope first, then when I have a good feel for the trick I throw in the handle. I can do any tricks FS pretty easily. Sorry if the names aren't right. I can do a roll to revert, Pete Rose, Scarecrow, and Crow Mobe fairly easily. I can do a 1260 w/o the handle(900 w/ the handle). I'm always really off balance when I land bigger Bs spins. The only BS Invert I can do is a Roll to Blind, and I am not comfortable with that at all because half the time I almost break my neck. Is there any good way to get comfortable with BS Inverts? |

practice a lot of b/s 5,7,9's on the tramp and you will become a lot smoother at any backside rotation. this also applies when doing a b/s 1 or 3 inverted. you will no longer struggle with moby/kgb/tan2blind/etc. not promising about whirlys tho. if you practice your fluidity with b/s spins, then most of them will flow more easily. _________________ Mark Kenney, 1983-2002
