Hi,
I Need some help chosing a board
I am 187lb and am looking at getting a 2005 model board. Im intrested in the Hyperlite Era, but i am unsure whether to get the 137, or the 142. The 137 says '170lb' max. i am just wondering if the era 142 will be a bit to big for me?
also, how would a hyperlite byrley 137 be for a starter/intermediate board? i am thinking about paying a little more and getting a byrley instead. or am i better off sticking to an era?
thanks,
dan |

| I have heard excellent things about the Era board, supposed to be a great ride. It was in my short list of boards to choose from this season. I would definitely go for the 142 size, but suppose thats personal preference. I like the extra stability etc from a slightly larger size board, at least until I get more advanced. Good luck with the board shopping! |
