Get 'The Book' instructional. It has lots of tricks to practice on the tramp inc. spins and inverts. Have a rope set up just after halfway from the middle when you jump so if you get pulled forward, you dont fall off the tramp. _________________

Check for a gymnastics or trampoline club in your city. They can teach you how to do all kinds of stuff without hurting yourself. Our local club has a class for wakeboarders. They've got a handle setup and a video camera. It helps pass the long winters up here.
