I bought a brand new boat cover from West Marine (thier house brand) It fits snuggly and is supported by a strap and telescoping system. I thought it was all good until I checked under the cover yesterday. It appears that a small pool of water developed on top of the cover and leaked into my open bow. The upholstery is soaked and I feear mold and iother probelms may develop. If youhave any suggestions on how to clean up the mess and prevent it from happenning again please let me know. Thanks again!

Check it thoroughly for any holes/tears, and make sure you have fitted it properly. But if all all of that is sweet, Id take it back for a refund or a swap. Maybe try a fully waterproof cover (polypropelene) for the boat as that will just let the water run off. _________________

I've thought about covering it with a tarp over the cover just to get through this rainy season. I tried to return it and West Marine said that because it was used they could not give me a credit or exchange. I wont be shopping there again. Any thought on the interior clean up? I thought about getting in there with a shop vac and sucking out as much water as possible, is this necessary?
whenever its not raining just let it air out thats what i do with my boat and you could get a pole and stick it in the open bow so that it pushes the boat cover up and all the water will run off of it and not pile up
