when i kickflip i can only land on the board with my front foot, its like i flick the board down and my front foot goes straight to the ground!

It takes a lot of practice, but once you get it, it's a whole lot easier. One of the main keys to starting these off, is to keep your trucks tight. With looser trucks it can throw the board away when you kick. Just kick straight down so the board doesn't go out and suck both your legs up RIGHT OVER TOP OF IT and spot your catch. In your case, just concentrate on keeping your back leg over it.

try doing the kickflip without leveling out and land with the back kick slapped on the ground, it helps with getting your back foot on. then once you can do that try it the proper way

its cause your scared of crashing, trust me, just set your mind on putting both feet back on the board and expect to crash and youll land them.
