They told me that on compititions a crow mobe is better rated than big wurm, anybody know if this is true? and why do u don't see a big wurm on contest? Sean O'brian is the only guy I've seen doing those.

and if a crow mobe is more points than a big wurm and a wurms harder... i guess thats why you wont see em in that many comps... i'll tell u right now when i start hittin it, ima be throwin a wurm in competition for sure

Tnx guys! Can imagine that just cause the handle pass its easier, I tried a lot of crow mobes, but the big wurm feels much easier! but I guess just because u don't see them so much in contest it would be nice to do it!

This is an movie of my big wurm, shot two weeks ago in Thailand

a crow mobe is not even close to a big worm in comps, the reason people dont do them is basically because they cant do them. as long as the judging is professional, a big worm will be higher rated

Abel Vegter, that is a very nice big worm. i have two friends that do them and it is really funny because everybody does them differently. one of them uses two hands, the others looks like brandon johnson's, and your almost take yours into almost a whirly looking big worm. very cool

That was different, way to nail the rull rotation! Any other mobe 5's in your bag?

BJ's big worm was so fluent (along with everything else), how the rotation is spun while he is completely laid out. I would aspire to throw it like that!! It looks less 'ole'.

What do you mean with ''That was different, way to nail the rull rotation!' ?
Further I got no mobes 5, working on a HS whirley 5 but not made it yet, it takes a lot more time than a big wurm.. what you say about trowing it more like BJ, I can try to go a little more fluent, understand what your saying, in higher education I guess they drive the boat in a little curve for him, cause the wake is super steep there!

typo-- way to nail the 'full' rotation! It looked badass to me.

Good observation about BJ and the driver doing a quick turn, or a 'dumper' or whatever they call it. He throws his whirly 5 the same way he throws his big worm and I remember in Shafted he stuck a super clean whirly 5 and landed with slack, then the line caught up and tugged him forward.

Personally, I measure tricks in Sonic cheese coneys. For example, a big worm is 1600 cheese coneys and a crow mobe is 1550 cheese coneys.
(scores represent wakeboard values from pre-97')

Or, you could just be subjective. There was a point in my riding when I could land a 313 or a whirly 5 and could not do a switch backside 180. Which was harder for me? I have met people who could do a whirlybirds, but not tantrums. Trick difficulty, especially at the highest level, is realitive. One trick is not harder than another--just different.

Sorry to be so serious, but I am sick of going to contests and playing the number game with judges that assume that whoever does the most rotations in a run is the best rider.
