my kicker...can you help

hi there guys new to the forum, first post...

ok so its the winter here in the UK and pretty cold so the boat is out until the 1st march so not long to go.
my bro used to skate so we had some ramps lying around the drive.
i have fixed up the small one and covered it to make it into a kicker

and

also

any idea how to make this float?
