Well I went up to my local skateboard shop the other day and met the Adio rep. who was showing off the new 06 products and what do you know? They have a wakeskate specific shoe. Mesh drainage ports on the sides and small holes on the lowerportion of the sole for even more drainage. Looked and felt great!

Im pretty sure Nike is invading wake sports. In all the mags theyve got advertisents for somethin theyre doing. If i remember coorectly collin wright is getin a wakeskate shoe line, I dont know if thats true or not.

Collin has signed with Nike and he is working on a wake skate shoe but whether it goes to production is another story.
I heard about the Audio but again they are only trying to see the demand in the market. Which means they might make a few shoes but no garuntee they will go into full production.
I want to try them both but we will see.

Heres a Lil something Nike is said to be messing with bindings also. I really don't know what to think of them getting into our sport on one hand they will make great product and make the sport grow and gain more market share but on the other hand it will be WALLY HAVEN if they do.

itch actually i think the produts will be pretty shitty for wakeboarding as far as bindings go. As much as people see Tiger Woods playing golf with Nike Clubs, 99% of people ive talked to say the clubs shoot horribly, I can atest to that. So i dont know, thye just might be good.

integrity640, maybe you just suck at golf? I love the Nike driver and I also like the Nike skateboard shoe. I think the products will be durable and well made, but I to question the entrance of Nike into our sport.

640 why would you say that have you had a bad experience with Nike product?
Or are you bashing because you don't like the business itself?
I have worn many Nike products and never once had them wear out prematurely or fall apart before I beat the hell out of them.
I do know the first couple generations of Nike Golf equipment was of poor and rushed design but from what I have seen/heard and by they're position in sales I would say they made the right changes.
I am interested in their air foot bed and material use I think the results could be good the industry hasn't had fresh ideas since Collective Development.

in the alliance buyers guide they show the adio wakeskate shows in the wakeskate shoe section.

also my friend has some a pair of Nike SBs and they have mesh in the middle of the sole and in the sides of the shoes. i would think they would be pretty good for wakeskating
