I beleive a lunch is just a staight ramp while a kicker has a lip on it.

which one is better? and what are the lengths, i got some free wood and want to build one and was wondering which one and how long it should be?

i didnt decide on a length yet but was wondering on the degree and what is too steep, any recommendations, because the degrees depend on the length, thanks

i would do a 4 ft high launch just take a 4x8 and cut it from corner to corner, and there is your ramp

yea thats what we did to build ours but we found with the length of the wood that 4 feet was too steep, we've all onle been wakeboarding for a year and never hit a kicker before so i suggest u make the angle smaller depending on ur riding skill Surprised

yeah i think our launch is actually 3 feet by 8. but whatever suits you.
