Anyone have any tips for learning the 360? I got my 180's down toeside and heelside, and just recently learned 180 grabs HS. So any tips for 360? Clip posted (if i can find it). "The Extension avi is not allowed" what's that mean? (I can't put on the clip)

if you do a quick search you will find all of you're answers on doing the 360 but basically you pull the rope to you're back hip as you would with you're heelside 180 and realese you're front hand put it around you're body and take the handle with that hand. The boat should then pull you around you're last 180 and all you have to do is keep the handle close to youre hips at all times and spot your landings. As for the video bit i have no idea
