I just bought a new BYERLY 142 and would like a little feedback on this board. This is my second year and I started with a LF search 143 and wanted to upgrade for more pop and a faster looser board.Did I do the right thing? _________________ You don't have to have the best equipment to enjoy the sport! |

I tried the byerly one time... and i didn't like it... it isn't as loose as i expected and yes it has a lot of pop but way harder to control that what I was used to... I also had trouble on my bunny hop backside 180 I used to do with no problem at all with any other board... I bought an absolute 03 140 and plan to ride it without the fins cuz that's what I'm used to... mackdaddy, can you tell me how it rides without the fins on?? I haven't got the chance to try it out yet since there's still 3 months untill the lake clears of ice... |

I have a Byelry 42, and I love it. It is not the fastest board, so you may be out of luck there, but without the center fin you can really break free easily. There is a lot of pop with it too, and as long as you edge consistently is is easy to control. Good luck with the new ride,

ont listen to anyone else. The Byerly has twice the rocker of the absolute and the effective edge gives you alot more heel to toe response, THe Byerly is by far the best choice. |

I love my Byerly.
A word of advice: Ask this question before you buy next time. |

I had the LF trip 43 and didn't like it. So traded in for Byerly 42, and wow what a difference. I love the Byerly! |

Suckmywake,
Is that 260 in American or Canadian funds?
What did the board cost, with tax and shipping included, in Canadian dollars?
