Hey everybody. I just picked up my new pair of transits today at the wakeshop and man they are tight! As in, my toes go numb. The XL's were too big so I got the L's. Anyways Matt, one of the LF reps told me that they'd stretch out eventually and all that and I've heard bits and pieces of how to break in bindings and such, like soaking them in the tub and walking around in them. So I just want someone to clarify as to what works best for them. Peace. _________________ "I just want something more than to come home in my cool looking SUV, sit in my king sized leather recliner and watch reality television on my widescreen plasma TV...How easy it is to care for someone when you dont have anything else..." |

Or, try a brand that fits better...
Soak them in hot (really hot) water for a few minutes, wedge something under the toe rubber that will pry it up. Leave it over night. _________________ I had ribs for lunch. |

put them on... and put your feet (with boots on) in a super super hot bath and just sit there for 10 mins or so and then keep them on for another 10 mins but out of the water so the heated foam will forum to your feet...
I just sat in the hot tub for awhile then walked around the house for another 10 minutes and my alphas fit like a glove |

Do what every one else said about putting them in warm water while there on your feet but put conditioner in the water. It softens up the rubber and neoprene a little to help them comform to your foot _________________ Does this rag smell like chloroform?

hot water helps, but my transits fit right from the 1st time putting them on. 1st set with them was immaculate. _________________ Mark Kenney, 1983-2002
