B_Schall43, Experiment a bit. I use to ride +18, +6 or +21, +9. Now I have ducked my stance to +18, -6. Some people will split even +15,-15 or +18, -18. It's all about personal preference. If you plan on riding switch a lot I would reccomend ducking your stance a bit.

What skill level are you at?
Beginners we will set them up with 15,0
intermediate we'll have like 15, -5 (ish... usually this is when they start knowing what they want)

B_schall, search for jay dutton's post about technines, that pretty much sums up whether or not technines are good. If you're riding park, duck your stance a little. It also depends on how long your legs are, how much you weigh, how big your board is, a whole bunch of stuff. I have long freakin legs and ride a 158 and my stance is like 25"; 21, -15.

like jryoung said, if you plan on riding switch a lot, duck is the best to go. I haven't done a lot of wakeboarding, but if I remember right, my wakeboard is just about the same stance as my snowboard. 5'3" here with a 22" stance and 15/-15 for duck on a 143 (going to go to 148). switch is definitely a plus in the park on boardslides and going in/out 270. and on kickers for them 180s,5s,etc.
