I've been trying scarecrows for a while, but i couldn't get them. I was trying frontrolls, and everybody has told me scarecrows would be easier, but they aren't to me. I can land frontrolls consistently behind certain boats, but i've only landed one scarecrow, and i had to tumble turn out of it. I keep falling back on my butt. Any help?

try landing with more weight on your front foot. also it looks like your cutting so hard that it makes you go out of control. Try taking them w2w at first until you get 'em consistant.. then take them huge _________________ Hesitation leads to pain |

That looks like a good crow. Try spotting your landing earlier. The landing is really pretty easy. If you're always going out the back lean more towards your toes on the landing and keep your weight farther forward. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

Stewie, looks good. Try keeping the handle in closer to your body during the flip. It looks like you are overrotating a little and if you have the handle in while flipping, you can stop your rotation by letting the handle out once you spot your landing. _________________ Does this rag smell like chloroform?

Im with the handle advice. Just try to do everything the same as you are but as you pop off the wake make a concious effort to push the handle down this will as above says give you the necessary adjustments for the landing.
You will have no trouble with it im sure with the style you have. good luck |

Hi,
Sorry for my english ...
You are one the right way, but the problem is just in the beginning of the invert... Your body position when you hit the wake is too much in front of your board... Stay more on your back foot (not too much) with your shoulders a little on the back too, you will HIT the wake, and this will trip you into the scarecrow with more air. You don't have to jump ahead, you must WAIT for getting the air before beginning your rotation.
The final part of your crow is ok (even if you may think not...)
I don't say you good luck because it's not a matter of getting lucky...
