Is there a difference between the water puppy and ballast puppy. Planning a ballast system, and the only place to mount pumps is in the bildge. So Simer pumps are out. Where is the best place to purchase for price?

The ballast puppy pumps pumps a little faster than the water puppy and it comes with a 3-way switch (I think).
