I learned my first inverts and spins off a 98 mobius, same wake as the outback.
I had to weight it up pretty heavily though. I put a fat seat in back, and a sack in front, filled to top.

I've heard lots of good news about Moomba. They're an unbelievably great price for the boat. Out of curiosity... Does the '98 Outback have ballast?

The only one of those boats that have a balasta system is the centurion wave, that have a swim plataform that fill with water, using the moyion of the boat and some bladers to do so, ading like 400 pound, that does not seem like to much.
By the way thanks for your imputs, its hard to decide for a boat with so meany options an limited money.

I doubt the 98 outback comes with ballast. The mobius did not.
I wired up a 1200 gph pump for the fat seat, and just left that in there.

Actually, I speak 3 language and English it’s not my everyday language; I don’t live in USA or any other country that uses English as an official language, but it where simple keyboard mistakes, I will be more careful, but I will like to see you having a perfect spelling in Spanish or French to see how good are you on a foreign idiom.
Thanks for the info to all the ones that are actually trying to help me to decide on the boat

Rosh, dont take it personally I was just joking with you. Thats cool that you speak three languages. I can speak a little German but thats about it. Good luck in your quest for a new boat. From what I have heard on this site you might want to look into buying a mid 90's Sport Nautique or a Mastercraft Prostar 205. They are said to have some of the best wakes around for the money. You could probably find a decent used one for around 15-20K U.S. dollars. I will be buying one in the spring due to the recommendations of some of the other members on here.
