The Book DVD

Hi I'm having some problems i've tried ordering The Book DVD for 4 different places now but havn't sucseaded. Firstly i'm in the UK and it costs $40 more to send it over here and secondly I can't pay via paypal as my sister made an acount and forgot the password. My dad phoned up and emailed paypal for his password back 2 weeks ago but they jsut don't reply. Can someone rip the Building a Foundation section from it and email it to me? I'd be sooooo grateful if you could
