this has been brought up a bunch but here are some basics
- workout to get muscle. focus on your biceps and triceps and legs.
- get a trampoline, they aren't that expensive. this helped me A LOT
- wb magazine suggested a bunch of stretching exercises |

Or you could just strenghten the body as a whole, so you do not set yourself up for injury by having some muscle groups disproportionally stronger than others. _________________

| skate. It is unbelievable how much style control and power is added to your riding simply by picking up a skateboard in your freetime. |

| I longboard with a flexy pintail shaped board, with trucks known as Seismics, that have springs so the harder you turn the more sort of resistance you get back. Unless its just me it seems to really help with practicing off-water initiation of turns and edging. The physics seem to be some of the closest I can find to wakeboarding that is off-water. |

| It's all about an exercise routine that focuses on strengthening your core and incorporates balance and explosion in your movements. When I lift I do it on exercise bubble discs and I do a lot of body weight things with rapid explosive movements. Trampolines help air awareness and are fun. Stay active and don't let the winter get the best of you. Go snowboarding, helps a ton with rails and balance and edging overall. |
