Burning a Movie?

I recently downloaded a movie. Can somebody tell me how I burn it to a DVD so i can watch it on my tv?

Where did you download it from? http://www.totalvid.com or somewhere else?

Also what format is it in? .avi, .wmv, .mov..

I downloaded it from Ares. It is mpeg format.

www.afterdawn.com is your friend. They have guides and downloads to help you do what you need to do. There is always some new and better way to burn, copy, transfer, write, etc...
