I have heard alot of people say good things about the Prostar 205 and the Sport Nautique. Do a search, there have been alot of discussions about these boats and your price range. _________________ "What counts is not necessarily the size of the the dog in the fight. You can get into a Supra Launch for that price, with automatic ballast - wakeplate, maybe a perfect pass. Great wake and great boat in the chop. _________________ Life is a series of ups and downs, separated by no-wake signs. |

| I picked up a '99 prostar 205 dd last may and I am very happy with it. It throws a nice wake when weighted properly and I have had zero problems with it so far. |

Yeah. I actually got it for under 20k, which would give him some options of either paying more down then expected or using the extra 5k for some accessories. |

Yeah I ended up getting it for $19,400. I did lots of looking and research before buying and was happy to finally find a boat I wanted in my price range. It didnt come with a tower or perfect pass, but it had the 330hp northstar ignition motor, a skylon extended pylon, barefoot boom, and came with one 600# fat sac. The tower will be added this winter sometime and possibly perfect pass. |

zigs, damn dude thats one hell of a deal! I hope I can find a 205 that new for that price when I am ready to buy one. I doubt I will be able to though. I see 95-97's going for more than that. _________________ "What counts is not necessarily the size of the the dog in the fight. Its the size of the fight in the dog." - Gen. George S. Patton |
