Nine children were found locked in cages in their home in Wakeman in Huron County, NewsChannel5 reported.

we had that here, well near here, in blackstock, whis is like 30 mins from here. these 2 boys, 19 and 15, were locked in cages. it was so fcuked

And the Parents were not arrested!?!?

People get arrested for leaving their pets in cages for prolonged periods of time let alone children....OMG! Shocked

this also happened down the street from me but worse. a little girl was chained to her bed for years at a time. when the police finally got word of it and recued the girl she didn't even know how to communicate, 6 years of you know what all over the room.

I read this morning that there is "no evidence of abuse." The parents have not/probably will not be charged.
