I am in the market for a new boat. Right now i have a 1998 malibu direct drive. I want to get an MB but just wanted to know what some MB owners had to say about them and what riders had to say that have riden behind them.
Thanks Andrew

Which MB you considering? If B52 V3 Team or B52V3 definately opt for the upgrade 375hp motor and two speed tranney. Triple up ballast of 2500lb plus 3700 to 4000lbs of boat weight you need it. (This is not a SAN with 900lbs of ballast).

Fully loaded the wake is 11/10 and for proriding (or killing tubers - even jetskiers stay off your tail), dump ballast accordingly and you can accomodate all levels. Both mentioned models are great for lounging, consuming beverage while explaining to passersby (the uninformed) that you don't have blocks of concrete, leaking sacks, lead etc to kick a wake like that. Keep the contact details of your dealer on hand and get him to spot you referral fees.

MB does not have the mass marketing stick behind them, but try one and you'll be converted or at least admit they rate as one of the top boats.

I HAVE AN MB B-52 V23 RIDERS EDITION, I LOVE IT. THE BOAT COMES WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED, DEFFINETLY GO WITH THE TWO SPEED TRANNY AND THE 375 HP MOTOR, IN MY OPINION IT IS AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN THE X-STARS, AND WAY LESS MONEY.
