I recently purchased a set of Logo Racks from Nice Rack. The question I have is, when I fasten 2 boards on to a rack the bottom one does not stay tight. It rattles in bumpy water, and eventually slides back to the binding. Is this normal? I've emailed the company but have yet to see a response. Thanks
