I would expect nothing less from you----
See I live in reality world were people can't do all the same tricks regular and switch. What I'm sayn is if you can do all the tricks HS and TS but have nothing switch and the guy down the lake can only do a few tricks HS and TS but also has some of those same tricks switch, he is a "well rounded rider but he is not better".
So like I said in my post way back near the top "well rounded does not mean better".
Thanks for explaining yourself though.
PEACE
For the record I was defending my original post by telling him to read, nothing more. _________________ PEACE

I need to start getting more comfortable w/ being switch, especially if I get more into cable wakeboarding. _________________ Behind the boat house, I'll show you my DOCK SECRET

If you wanna see switch watch Clay mcCoy ride. If Clay can do a trick he can do it switch, well except his whirly he only does that switch and his Moby Dick is only regualr and when he does a witch trick you can't tell the difference. here are some tricks he does both regulat and switch and i know some of these have differnt names for the switch trick but i'm not gonna write them twice.
everyspin except 7s and 9 and backside 5s (actually he may be able to do a regular backside 5)
roll to reverts
tantrums
tantrums to blind
off axis 3
off axis 5
scarecrow
crowmobe
fruitloop
front flip
front flip to revert
toesdie front
ts back roll
toe side back roll to revert
hell there are just too many to name, you can almost bet if Clay can do a trick he can do it switch _________________ Shane Cook

Watch Parks Bonifay actually. He does everything switch, even the 1080. _________________ Behind the boat house, I'll show you my DOCK SECRET

Hey bizzuck and j-dog,
you two girls can stop moaning to each other now. you both have good points on two different applications. yes, if you can do every thing reg and switch you are better than if you can only do everything reg only. BUT, a person whos two biggest tricks are a roll and a switch roll and can do every thing THEY KNOW both ways may not be as good as someone who can do some mobes reg. and nothing switch but they ARE a more well rounded rider. |

Question, would learning to ride switch on a longboard skateboard, or even a regular skateboard help in riding switch wakeboarding? I am thinking of buying one, and instead of spending an entire day trying switch on a wakeboard, spend the day crusing down the street switch working on my TS and FS turns. Do most of yall ride gravity boards, and if so, do you switch up your stance? _________________

yeah, skating and snowboarding switch helps a lot. It'll speed up your progression, but you still need to work on it on a wakeboard too... _________________ The consciousness of self is the greatest hindrance to the proper execution of all physical action.
