Mini mac

I was in the Mac store today looking for a good used g4 for my print shop. We are all pc and want the option to design using the mac. I am looking to just have the operating system and a few programs. no storage. no monitor...just use a switch on the monitor..

The price looks great on the mini macs, but i need some feedback!!

I have one @ work that I use to run presentations, it works great.

I am wanting to do simple layout and graphics for my print shop. Nothing too techincal. I have clients that are mac users and it makes life easier if we are both on the same platform.

there is an apple store in green hills mall if you want to go get your hands on one and ask a good salesperson about it.

89comp, yeah there is a mac store between my house and the shop...i ordered the one for 599 today and he said that if i didnt want it...somebody would. i am wanting to find a place to buy the adobe suite for cheaper than 1190.00....any suggestions?

I would strongly recommend Macs. Mac OS X Tiger has no comparison! Trust me man. You'll love it!

yup. you are not supposed to make money with an educational license, so that's up to.

When you get the machine, buy your RAM from http://www.crucial.com vs. from Apple. Apple's RAM is way overpriced.

well apple just pulled the mac mini test drive less than 12 hrs after it started. Odd.
