Not as bad as New Orleans got hit but still pretty impressive. It sucks balls, my birth town New Orleans is pretty much distroyed, and my current residence in Miami is pretty bad.... looks like the world is trying to get rid of me

How many hurricanes have those trees survived - and this is the one that took them out. Must have been one HELL of a storm.

wholly crap! im in texas now but was planning on getting to florida in a week or 2. i didnt know they got hit as well! maybe ill be helping clean up instead of drinking up!

banyon trees, the huge one have such shallow roots that they get ripped up very easily. During andrew a car was parked under one infront of our house and the car got thrown up onto the roof of the house when the tree got up rooted. Hopefully they can pull those trees upright and they will continue to grow....
