I was just wondering, do you really need a tower to wake to wake jump?

no, it is not nessicary. but searching is.


a tower will help with most, and there will be a point where you will feel restrained becaue you don't have one, but the pros have been throwing down behind unweight ski boats doing mobes at the begenning of the sport.

no you dont need a tower, im doing backflips with no tower. the tower will give more air thats it Very Happy

All a tower does is give you more hang time and will make getting up easier.

nahh you dont need a tower. I can get plenty of air on my w2w jump with out one. The only thing the tower does is not pull you down just a little more hangtime.

B_Schall43 how does a tower only help if you are going over 20mph??? a tower will help you get up and give more hangtime.

Towers apparently help you get up easier or so my dad said Confused. I learned to w2w behind an old ski nautique and many have done w2w's behind a sea-doo. It's all a matter of getting a feel for the wake before the tower throws you out into the flats.

Plus: Towers make the crappiest of boats look sweet! Razz
