tomo you can make many different style sliders......if you are confident with your ollies and can get them to pop high i would suggest to make a small straight slider about half a metre high off the water, if you arnt confident with you ollies i suggest making a half rainbow where you can just slide up onto it and then drop off the end.

When you are going about hit them my thoughts are to edge out strongly on your heelside so the board is just about in position for a bs boardslide and slide up onto it, that is for the half rainbow.

For the small straight one (not sure what these are called) edge out on you heelside just not as strong and flatten the board out just before you are about to hit it but still have momentum and ollie up into a bs boardslide position.

On your slider try and get your hands on trex decking or fibon i think its called, this works best. if you cant pvc pipe will do the job.

Pic one: is half rainbow slider (cant see the start of it but hopefully you can see what i mean. start the start of the up ramp on it under water so all you have to do is slide your board around)
Pic two: is the small straight slider if you are confident with you ollies

hope you understand it all!
