|
|
i've always wondered what words people have a hard time saying b/c to me it's some of the easiest that are the most confusing to say. Like drawer (as in like a dresser drawer), i, like most of my friends, say it as if it started with a "j" instead of a "d".
what are some words y'all have trouble saying? |

| It really depends where you live. I say kazza "Kuh-zaw" and a lot of people say "Kah-zuh". I say McAfee "Mi-caf-e" others say "Mic-af-fe" |

I can't even say my own last name right, so Nguyen is a hard word to pronounce. _________________ Behind the boat house, I'll show you my DOCK SECRET

Aluminium and Cinnamon
Docksecret~ I've heard that name pronounced several different ways by the people themselves.
My last name only has 3 letters, basic grammar and people still can't get it right. |

Ahhh ok, well I used to be pretty bad at even saying my birthday when I was little. 23rd, for some reason it sounded real weird to me and everyone else, I think it's better now, oh yeah, i guess so people don't think i'm TOO dumb, I used to only speak vietnamese till I was 5, then got stuck in school and forgot vietnamese and stuck only w/ English. _________________ Behind the boat house, I'll show you my DOCK SECRET

I've been having trouble with the word "the" recently.
My last name gives everyone problems. I've probably heard hundreds of pronouciations for it.
How could people mess up Aubrey?? It is Ah-Bree right? |

That "th" sound, blah, like in twenty-"th"ird. Yeah, I swear, if Thomas was pronounced w/ the same th sound rather than the T, I couldn't say my name at all! _________________ Behind the boat house, I'll show you my DOCK SECRET
