pop up first and keep your chest up the entire time. keep the rope down low by your hips until it will hang up your spinning progress. then sort of scoop the handle around and over your head. if you kept a tall chest off the wake, you will go slightly off axis, but after the scooping motion, you will level back off and the landings will be very similar to crows. just fyi , never done them mute, just melan, but mute sounds nasty, maybe ill have to try it. _________________ Mark Kenney, 1983-2002

| i have the trick down fine, just cant get the grab, but yeah i always make sure to have the handle really low on my hip, its the only way to make it a spin vs an invert |
