I am new to wakeboarding and know absolutely nothing about the boards.
i.e. length, bindings, boots, fins, etc. What kind of equipment should I start with? I am a 123 pound woman.but would like a board that we can use for some of the younger, teenage children as well who have never wakeboarded. |

I would recommed a board probably around 132 or so. However if you have balance problems you might want to go with a bigger board for more stability. When you see a number after the board that is it's size in cm. Bindings are pretty stright forward. Fins, the bigger the more stable basically. Starting I would recommend 1.5 inch fins. If you have a shop in your local area go in there and they will be able to set you up real nice. There was just a recent post in the Newbi section about wakeboarding for beginners. Check it out. _________________ Adam
