That's kinda like asking what hair color looks best on a girl - a lot of people believe in different equipment.

What size speakers do you want?
How much do you want to spend?

MB Quart speakers are rated very high, they are indeed expensive though. Ebay has them all the time, look at the Q Series. Polk makes good speakers, Clarion makes good marine grade stuff. Just be sure you get high-end speakers that have high wattage rating and a strong frequency, tower speakers need to be at their peak performance when you blare them. Boss Accessories uses good components, and you know you can trust the housing and brackets, but they are super expensive. And don't hesitate to get professional help from a hifi car stereo shop, they know what will sound good and what will come up short. And you can get better gear through them as opposed to getting overpriced marine grade equipment.

Another thing I recommend is getting a kill switch or a cutoff for the amp that runs them for when you are just chilling in the boat, tower speakers drain out everything else so its nice to be able to mute them without fooling w/ the amp or crossover.
