when ever i turn the steering wheel on my horizon i/o all the way 2 the left

my trim tab on the dash shoots up and says my trim is all the way up but it really isn't wat is happening it's crazy

the boat is leaning so much the the sensor comes out of the water. Thats the best I can come up with.
