Extremely distraught with dealers service department!

Okay. We bought our boat from the local Malbiu/Scarab/Larson/Everything eles dealer. Everytime we take our boat in for service, it comes out with something new wrong.

A few of you might have read about that overheating issue I poseted a while ago, well.... We decided this time to take it to Ron Olivers. Always hear great things about his service, etc. Apparently when our other dealer replaced our rotted impellar, they didnt go through and clean out all the pieces of plastic/etc in the hoses/engine. So, we'v had all these pieces of our old impellar runnign in our engine. Terrible! Pisses you off when someone doesnt take time to go throuh and make sure its done right.

We will be taking our boat to Ron's from now on....

its probably because the dealership has too many lines of boats so they do everything half ass to keep on schedule. You would think they would take care of you realizing that you might need another boat sometime!

This is why I never take anything into a dealer...

Most cases I save money but a few times I have actually spent more to do the work myself...
