I was going to get a set of the front/back Polk Momo's from Liquid Audio on Ebay. I'm not looking for the best set up, I just want something that sounds decent for a reasonable price. Any opinions on these?

Definitely get (4) of them if you want the entire lake to hear you coming. You wouldn't be satisifed with just (2) of them unless you plan on using them for just slow crusing music, or just something to listen to while you're on the beach or sandbar.

I just upgraded my speakers to Polk and love them. Sound crisp all the way to 75 feet.

I've got two Liquid Audios with the Polk Momo speakers. I run 80 watts to them and can hear them just fine when ridding. I plan to add two more over the winter, but 2 will work just fine.
