well i can now consistantley land a frontroll but have developed a bad habit...every time i land i slide out, land on my butt, and stand back up...does anyone have some tips on curing this before i can never land one right again....

Try to over rotate the move. It's pretty easy to stop the rotation once you spot the water. Opening up too soon is a pretty common problem.
