That house is insane! It it's a little to old fashioned for me but the I like all the little things like the outdoor grilling patio.

On second viewing the house isn't that astonishing - but all the little things make it stand out. It is styled a little old fashioned, but if modernized it could be quite great.

I was thinking if some star bought it (like one from MTV cribs), it could be amazingly pimp. Paint it all up, get a new boat, new furniture. If you sell the chandalier and furniture you could make so much $$$ to renovate.

Ah man,

If I won the lotto I'd drop coin on that place in a heart beat, however I would have to renovate that place to make it more friendly to my needs. Plasma Tv's, Black and White Everything and a fat bu on the boat lift. That's just for starters.....Come on lotto 649 Cool

Its a nice house, but have to agree, there is some reno' needed, some richer colours brought in, to much white and beige for my liking. Some modernising (if thats a word) needed, but with some work it would be really nice. Re-stain those hardwood floors, get rid of that awful floral print in bedroom one. Those vertical lines will have to go in bed room 2, they clash to much with the bed spread, and the rooms seems tall enough as it is and strip the paint off that TV counter/chest of drawers and on the furniture in bd room 1
The large mirrors in the hall way, are a nice touch.
Replace that cobalt with an X-Star. Very Happy

I could go on and on and on.
I'll stop boring you, just to say it has alot of potential.

Tyler, The golf Course looks like that because the picture was taken in the winter and the grass has gone dormant. The first time i went down the North Carolina to play in the winter it looked the same way in the winter. I think the house is kinda ugly, and 100,000 bucks would not do that much in remodeling. If someone has that kind of loot to drop on a lake house get some massive log cabin house or something that resembles a lake house....
