I ruptured my ear drum last year. I still had a bout 2 weeks left in the season so I stuck a ear pug in it, then some gauze pads on my ear, then taped around my whole head, worked ok.

I wear a helmet now so it wont happen again.

Dude ur better off waiting for it to heal. I ruptured my two weeks ago. If you get water in it you can do alot of damage. I would post a pic of mine but i have no idea how.

I think I am going through the same thing. Only from scuba diving rather than wakeboarding. I went to day and couldn't get my ears to equalize at 40ft. I kept trying but couldn't get them to. Now my left ear hurts like hell. I'll probably go to the doctor tomarrow Crying or Very sad

I had something wrong with my eardrum, there was a hole in it and it was infected. It hurt for a few days but with advil it was alright. A few days later was the weekend and my ear didn't hurt at all. All i did was stuff an earplug in and ride. It's now a few days after the weekend and there's no pain. I am taking ear drops which I'm sure are helping immensly.
