|
|
OK, I have to make up my mind within the next 30 min to an hour...
I'm living in LA and I need to go home to Dallas before school starts for doctors appointments, make my mom stop calling and complaining about how she misses me...I'm either going home the first weekend in August (Wed 3 - Sun 7) or the same days the next week (these are the times I can get off work to go home)
My dilemma is that if I go the first week I miss the X-Games that are being held in LA, BUT I get to ride more (and I haven't ridden much this summer). Another down side to going home at this time is that my mom will not have gone back to work (teacher) yet, so I'll be spending time at home...with her, and If I decide to ride during the week, I'll have to hear her complain about how she isn't seeing me b/c I'm wakeboarding. Oh, and I'll be able to ride the next weekend.
If I go home the second week, I'll get to see the X-Games (but not ride the previous weekend), my mom will be working during the day, and I'll be albe to ride roughly the same ammount, if not a little more than I would have if I would have gone home the previous week. |

If you come the first week you get to ride with me! Woo! But If you come the 2nd week, I'll be at the WSA Comp riding there. You may be giving up a once in a life opportunity to ride with the one and only. _________________ www.Tigeowners.com

Well my dad just told me that I can decide tomorow morning, so I'll sleep on it. It sounds dumb, but this is one of those tough decisions.
This reminds me of the Family Guy episode where there is a cutaway to Peter at a restaurant:
Waiter- "Soup or Salad?"
Peter- "Soup, no, Salad"
Waiter walks away
Peter- "NO SOUP!"...End of cutaway "...but it was too late." |

| You need to make your decision based on which week you can miss Family Guy. |

| You can always watch the X games on TV. That way you can get better angles any watch a lot of different events without walking around. Unfortunately there are commercials though... |
