So I just ripped an insert out of my premier about 15 minutes ago, it looks like one of the screws fell out while I was riding. I bought the board online so it's going to take forever to get replaced/fixed.
In the meantime I'm just goint to buy a new board because I don't want to waste have of the summer waiting for this one. So I'm going to demo some boards today. I'm thinking about the LF Substance and the CWB Absolute. Have any suggestions on boards similar to these? Is the Absolute more of a mellow board? That's waht I've heard. I'm just looking for pretty relaxed boards, like the premier, and if I don't like anything I try I'll just get an 05 premier. Thanks
I'm going to the shop when they open at 12 so I need some input in the next hour. |

| Jeff206, when i rode an absolute i thought it rode so much like my premier. cant comment on pop cuz i was riding on a bigger wake then normal and didnt have my premier to see how pop compared. i do know the absolute has a lot more rocker. it rides a little looser finless too. the absolute is a great board all around |

I really liked the Marius. It has tons and tons of pop. I would try demoing that if I were you also. The absolute rides great. But when you demo the Marius it is so wide that you will need to go to a smaller size than usual.

nope go with the 140. the sizes ride the same. i liked the absolute better than the marius but they both ride pretty much the same. it seemed like the absolute was faster. |

| I picked up the substance and the absolute to demo, I just tried to go out and I rode the substance for like 1 minute but it was super rough so I just decided it was pointless, I'll head out this evening and/or tomorrow morning and see how they go. Thanks for the advise |
