By any chance does anybody know of any true board shops in The Saint louis Or Saint Charles area of Missouri.
The only place I can even remotly get stuff is from Boat U.S. or West Marine. And their slection sucks. Their staff knows nothing of wakeboarding.
Any shop info or adresses would be some help.
Thanx _________________ -Nunc est bibendum! |

it's nice the ski club is for members only...but it's possible to ride up there anyway... It is back in a shoot on the IL. side of the river. It's usually pretty flat. But there is one hell of a current right now _________________ -Nunc est bibendum! |

| I ride on the kaskaskia river (put in at new athens, IL). It's almost always calm if you go north. |

well, won't be riding up there for a while. looks like i have to pull the engine out of my boat to fix the engine coupler. it probably is bad due to a fiberglass crack where the engine mounts, causing it to shift 1/4" and will also be fixing that while the engine is out.
i am usually at goose creek lake about 1hr down 55s
where is new athens and is the kaskaskia river always boatable?
i live near tower grove park stl |

| i've never ever had a problem on the kaskaskia unless there is bad flooding, which is usually early in the season. new athens is about 40ish minutes away from downtown, maybe a little further. easiest way would be take 15 east. mapquest it. i put in on the kaskaskia at evansville. which is about 30-45 minutes minutes further south by river or about the same by car. |
