My 4 1/2 year old with me on the wakesurfer

I thought I would share a pic of my self and my 4 1/2 year old out on the wakesurfer. I just got done wakeboarding and she wanted to ride on the surfer with me. Thats why were so far back. Laughing

SamW, How did you get up?

I get up two ways by sinking the board and having her swim over to me. I slowly bring the board up so she can touch the board. I then have my brother in-law bring the boat around they toss the rope get it taught and ride it up.
Or I float on my back with the board on my heals I have her do the same. I then have my brother in-law tighten the rope and just start to pull us to the point I can get the board on edge slowly and give a nod and were up.

I have not done it yet, but I do have pics of my brother in-law riding in the trough with Her with out the rope. Let me post one.

She is a good little rider, Whenever she is out there she tries to do what you do, if she see you like slowing your self down by grabbing the wake she will try to do the same.
She is just now working on getting up a two skis now. She will get there some time. So proud of my little girl.

i did this with two kids this summer. it was pretty cool. They were too scared to really try anything on their own so i figured this would be fun for them. they were super stoked. i dont have pictures tho Sad
